Refund policy

How refunds work on TakeMyTests psychometric sitting orders. See also our Terms.
01 Our commitment
We take on a sitting only when we're confident we can complete it inside the window you paid for. If we can't, you're covered; the details below explain when and how.
02 If we miss your window
If a sitting isn't completed within the turnaround you paid for, and the delay is on us, you're entitled to a refund of the speed premium, or a full refund if the sitting can no longer be used. We'll always contact you on the order thread before a window lapses.
03 If details are wrong
If a sitting can't proceed because the link, credentials or deadline provided were incorrect, we'll ask you to correct them. Where a corrected sitting is no longer possible in time, refunds are handled case by case.
04 How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned by the original method where possible. Crypto refunds are sent as fresh on-chain payments to an address you provide, and are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days of approval.
05 What isn't covered
Outcomes are not guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund: we complete the sitting you configured, but we do not promise a particular score or hiring result.
