Please read these terms before ordering a psychometric sitting. See also our Refund policy.
01 What we provide
TakeMyTests is a service in which our specialists complete psychometric assessments on your behalf, to the specification and turnaround you select at checkout. We are not a test-hosting platform and we do not sell practice material.
02 Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (the assessment link, platform, deadline, timezone and any credentials) and for ensuring you are entitled to authorise a sitting on your behalf. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or prevent completion.
03 Turnaround windows
The turnaround you choose is the window we work to, measured from confirmed payment. Faster windows are priced higher and are offered subject to specialist availability. If a window is at risk we will tell you on your order thread before it lapses.
04 Pricing and currency
Prices are set in GBP, which is our source of truth. Amounts shown in other currencies are conversions for convenience; during this preview they use static demo exchange rates and are clearly labelled as such. Crypto payments receive a flat 10% discount; PayPal and card are charged at list price.
05 Payment
Payment is taken in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana or Monero); card and PayPal are coming soon. Your order is scheduled once payment is confirmed on-chain. Nothing about your order is shared beyond what is needed to complete the sitting.
06 Confidentiality
Details you provide are held against your order and used only to complete it. We do not publish, resell or repurpose them.
07 Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The version shown at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
